At Coastal Rise Sourdough, we believe that quality ingredients make all the difference. That's why we use only the freshest, locally-sourced ingredients in all of our sourdough baked goods. We exclusively use organic fresh milled flour from Central Milling Company and grow many of our own herbs and vegetables used in our loaves.
Our baker discovered a passion for sourdough later in life. Artisanal sourdough loaves, sourdough focaccia, or a sweet treat, each item is carefully and lovingly crafted by hand to ensure the perfect texture, flavor, and appearance.

Einkorn flour is an ancient grain used for centuries in baking. Einkorn’s flavor is mild, nutty and round, dark and mysterious. In our loaf, we use a blend of 50% Einkorn and 50% Bread flour, along with local honey to create a whole grain loaf of deliciousness.

All of our loaves are delivered to you unsliced in whole form. If you prefer we slice your loaf for you, please let us know when you place your order ($2 slicing fee per loaf). Sourdough takes time to get that great sour flavor! Please allow at least 36 hours to make and bake your orders. Thank you!
